For most communities, renting a roleplay VPS is the fastest way: fixed CPU, RAM and NVMe, optional cache server, installation or game server panel – without having to set up Linux, firewall and game server from scratch. A root server for roleplay is worthwhile if you want to control the entire VM yourself (Docker, your own panels, multiple services). In that case, take our KVM server without the roleplay bundle. Slot-based game servers are suited to Minecraft & co. – for roleplay and heavy script stacks, our game server packages are the better choice.
